I better watch my back
The image is of a man I previously confronted for repeatedly walking his dog off-leash in Rugen Park. The last time I encountered him, his dog also relieved itself in the park and he was not paying attention and failed to pick it up. He became upset after being called out about it.
Today, when I entered the park, he was there without his dog. As soon as he saw me, he pulled out his phone and began confronting me. During the interaction, he called me a Nazi and made comments such as telling me to “watch myself” and “watch my back.”
Does anyone know who this person is or can provide a name?

Video of Conversation About Off-Leash Dog at Rugen Park
This is another example of the ongoing off-leash dog problem at Rugen Park. While walking on the designated path, I observed a woman controlling her dog by holding its collar instead of using a leash. I asked if they needed a leash, and this video documents the interaction. Park rules apply to everyone, and choosing not to leash a dog creates unnecessary risks for other park users.
